Most custom-made pieces typically take between 8 to 12 weeks for production and quality inspection. Once your piece is ready, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient arrival time.
Do you offer White-Glove Delivery?
Yes, we specialize in White-Glove Delivery for all large furniture items. This service includes bringing the furniture into your home, assembly in your room of choice, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy on furniture?
Standard stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom-ordered or 'made-to-order' items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer financing options?
We provide several flexible financing plans through our partner providers, allowing you to pay for your fine furniture over 6, 12, or 24 months. You can apply directly at checkout or in-store.
How do I care for my solid wood and leather pieces?
We recommend keeping furniture away from direct sunlight and heat vents to prevent cracking. Use a soft, lint-free cloth for dusting wood, and apply a professional-grade leather conditioner every 6-12 months to maintain suppleness.
Can I request fabric or leather swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We want you to be confident in your choice. You can request up to five complimentary swatches through our website, and they will be mailed to your home within 3-5 business days.
